About the Scholarship: The Maxine and Milt Klein Idaho Society of Clinical Social Work Scholarship was established in 2004. Milt Klein, LCSW was the FIRST Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Idaho. He was Director of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare in the 1970s and the founding president of the Idaho Society for Clinical Social Work.
